5 months and growing

Hey everyone! This is Isaac. I'm 5 months old today. Look how big I am. Mommy and Daddy tell me I've been in this chair before, but I don't remember because I was in Mommy's tummy. I can almost sit up on my own. I sway back and forth until I fall down. I laugh because it's funny and Mommy and Daddy always squeel when I do it. I also really like sucking on my toes and playing with my blocks. Have you ever tried sucking on your toes? You should. It's great. I have tried to eat cereal a few times. I did not like it at first, I think because I didn't know what to do with it once it landed on my tongue. Now, I kind of swallow it...kind of. Mom and Dad cheer everytime and I smile and laugh, and then the cereal oozes out down my chin. It would probably help if they didn't make me smile so much. But, I actually love to smile. I can't help it. So, for my birthday, Mommy only made me milk. Daddy got a cookie cake for finishing the semester. It really looked good. Maybe I'll decide that cookie cake should be my favorite kind of cake and then I'll get one like Daddy did. (but not on my birthday so Mommy can make her family's traditional moist, delicious, chocolate birthday cake they have always made for as long as she can remember. eh hem.) Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and send you all a big hug.
