Today Isaac is 9 months old. He has been in this world as long as he was in my tummy. These past 9 months have been the most fulfilling and glorious of my life. Everyday Isaac brings pure joy through his smiles, frowns, sighs, sleepy eyes, babbles and squeals, laughter and tears...and so much more. Everything he does is innocent and pure and the look on his face when he discovers something new, or figures something out is priceless. I put him in a swing by himself at the park the other day for the first time and I almost teared up because he was so thrilled and beside himself with delight. Isaac, mommy loves you. Forever.
And, he started crawling 2 days ago!. Keith was lying on the floor talking to his best friend and Isaac was across the rug. I guess he decided Daddy was too far away, so he began to trek across the rug. I was in the kitchen and came out to tell Keith something when Isaac was mid-rug. Keith hadn't noticed yet and when I finally snagged his attention, he dropped the phone and left Luke on the line while he praised and cheered for Isaac. Since then, Isaac's finding his way around and getting into all kinds of things that he shouldn't...like my purse, computer cables, tequila, and rum. (don't freak out Grandma and Mia, the bottles were not open and have since been safely tucked away.) When I figure out why my video upload is not working, I'll download some proof in motion. For now, here's some pics.

Big Boy, Baby!!! Wooo hooo! Your girlfriend, Rylie, crawled at exactly 9-months, too. You are SO the national average... but not in cuteness :) Never.
Woohoo!! What a great milestone! And it doesn't phase me about Keith... and even better mental picture of the phone dropping and of what Luke thought being able to ease drop on the moment! Awesome!
Hip Hip Hooray! Yea Isaac!!! Happy 9 month birthday, precious! That red onesie was one of my faves and so glad to see the shoes fit, perfect timing.
